Shipping policy

Order processing/dispatch:

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) of order confirmation.

Delivery TAT:

• Metro cities: 3-5 business days
• Rest of India: 5-7 business days
• Remote/hilly areas: 7-9 business days (if applicable)

COD orders :

• COD orders may take an additional 1-2 days for confirmation before dispatch.

Delay clause:

• In case of unforeseen delays (weather, courier disruptions, etc.), customers will be notified via email/SMS with updated delivery timelines.

Order tracking:

• Tracking details shared via email/SMS once dispatched.
